We have released version 12 of School Accounts System. 

This system beings a new front end interface to the school accounts.  We have tried to modernise the look and feel. 

Some of the Key Features that have been added as as follows

1. New front end interface.  to gave a much better feel to the accounts
2. The Bank Rec can now be accessed from the front screen
3. Bank rec edit to update cheques that have been presented in the Bank for the incorrect amount
4. Easier and more user friendly way to enter budgets
   
5. Grants Screen has also been updated to the same easy to use interface
6. New Search facility both in Add Cheque and Edit Cheque  
7. Reports have been grouped on the front screen under Reports Menu

We have updated School Accounts 2009 to Version 7.1.2.3

The Budget report was fixed in this update.

Please note that Vista users need to download the Updates directly from the website.

We have updated School Accounts 2009 to Version 7.1.2.2 

If the Supplier Usage Report shows incorrect figures, please use the Rebuild Suppliers which can be found in the System Parameters and then System Tools.

So far this year 5 new schools have joined us and are now using our School Accounts Software.  This means that we are the market leader in the Community/Comprehensive School area.

We have updated School Accounts 2009 to Version 7.1.2.0.

You are asked to update your expenditure report and you must click on upgrade expenditure report button this will give one of the following messages: update to expenditure report successful or it seems that the update has already been completed.

1. Transaction History report now allows selection of  groups for example office expenses.  When account group is selected the report now prints headings underneath the selected group as in our example above office expenses would print postage, stationery, etc and give a total of the group. 
2. Paylink now honours the Department code filter for P30 with the version number now the same as School Accounts.

Version 7.1.1.9

1. More receipt headings added to non-pay other sources.
2. Expenditure report updated to reflect this change.
3. Corrected Error which was being displayed in Supplier Batch Entry Screen (Index out of bounds).

Eóin completed a course in upgrading from Microsoft Exchange 2000 to Microsoft Exchange 2007.

January 2009

Eóin completed a course in Implementing and Administering Windows SBS 2007.

We launched our School Accounts 2009 in the Park Inn Hotel Smithfield on 14th January aided by you.  Thanking you all for your valuable input towards the new product.
